Biography

submitted by the candidate or their team
Keeyan is a patriotic Canadian. Born and raised in Montreal, Quebec, he now lives in Prévost. He attended university in Toronto and graduated with a Bachelor's of Public Administration. He owns several small businesses, and spends his free time mountain biking.

Keeyan's first foray into federal politics was in 2017, when he was deputy manager of a CPC leadership candidate's campaign. However, 2021 marks the year of his first true deep-dive into the Canadian political landscape as a candidate for the PPC.

He was inspired to throw his name into the ring as a federal political candidate because of the increasingly ineffective, and authoritarian type of governance which has emerged as the dominant leadership style in Ottawa. He stands for the values of freedom, and respect of the individual. A country must be united to succeed, and to succeed it must prosper. When we are busy fighting battles amongst ourselves, we are losing valuable time which we could spend making the world a better place.

United we stand, divided we fall. Keeyan's mission is to remind politicians - and Canadians - of this profoundly truthful reality.

Reason for running

submitted by the candidate or their team
I am worried about the state of Canadian unity and also am unimpressed, as a small business owner, at the huge increase in prices and high taxation levels vs. the low quality of services we are receiving from government.
