We’re a blended family, with six mostly adult children between us. It’s a bit of a zoo when we all get under the same roof.

I started my adult life as a tradesman in 1989. In 2009 I had an opportunity to open my first business.

Today I am owner/operator of True North Scaffold & Insulation Inc. in Acheson. We employ 15-30 people, depending on the season.

The TNSI management and supervisory team are fantastic. They’ve all worked for me for many, many years and I’d trust them with my life.

Recently, I don’t need to work in the business, and can look for other ways to make trouble.

It honestly looks like politics needs a shakeup, and I’d like to be the one to start.
