Noemi Victorino, a Surrey resident, has long been passionate about fostering connections with others. Her commitment to serving the public and helping others has been a consistent theme throughout her career and personal life. Within the Federal Government, she has held diverse roles encompassing administration, facilities project management, and enforcement. Notably, she excelled as a Senior Officer Trade Compliance with the Canada Border Services Agency, navigating intricate compliance verifications across both Canada and the United States.

With a wealth of experience behind her, Noemi decided to redirect her career towards her other passion: helping others. Since 2019 she holds the role as Director of non-profit organizations that impact thousands of lives through initiatives addressing food insecurity, employment support, and homelessness.

Noemi is deeply engaged in her community, volunteering as an Ambassador for the TriCity Chamber of Commerce and contributing as a member of Soroptimist International, dedicated to enhancing the lives of women and girls.
