As a longtime civic journalist, I spent decades covering City Hall and now bring clear-eyed pragmatism to housing and good governance.
I spent decades covering City Hall as one of B.C.'s most respected civic journalists. Now I'm running to bring that clear-eyed pragmatism to topics like housing and good governance at the council table.
Reason for running

I've seen and covered City Hall for decades, and I want to be able to directly advocate and work toward improvements that I don't see happening with the current council.
I'm running because I wanted to do public service in a different way after 43 years in journalism and I wanted to be able to directly advocate and work for improvements to the city that I didn't see happening with the current council.
