I’ve spent my career improving public organizations through leadership in innovation, accountability and service. I dedicated the last ten years of my working life to creating and managing an effective, efficient and accountable service based crown corporation.

My experience and dedication demonstrates what can be accomplished in the public sector when there is a willingness to look at things differently. It is that experience that has led me to run for mayor after nine years on council.

I will use this experience to work collaboratively with the public, businesses, staff and council to improve service delivery and costs. We need to focus on what we do control and make it as efficient and simple as possible, so that residents and businesses can afford to come to Saanich, stay and thrive.
