Bill was born and raised in the west suburbs of Toronto. His upbringing would be described as residing in a middle class two parent loving family where basic necessities were never a worry but to achieve in the world, nothing was given, and hard, smart, and focused work was certainly going to be needed for life success. Upon completing a three year business administration marketing studies at Sheridan College, Bill embarked on a twenty five year career in sales, account management, and consultation for several companies in the quick service restaurant and packaging industries, respectively. More recently, once a completed sale of a small business, Bill decided to study to become an Emergency Roadside Dispatcher at the Ontario College of Health and Technology (OCHT) and made a career change. For the last 2 years he has been working as a dispatcher in emergency services. Here at home, Bill lives with his wife of 24 years Betty, and their two young adult daughters Corina, and Felicia.
