David Moore is a life long resident of Scarborough who seeks to serve and connect with his community. During this election, his goal is to connect with citizens who desire to enrich and strengthen our communities through education, discussion and service to others. David commits whole-heartedly to the responsibility to hold our government accountable for their decisions and spending in a fair and dignified manner, as well as be equally accountable to the community he serves. Guided by a free conscience and the consensus of the community he will be a strong advocate for Canada and Scarborough.
