Chris Enns resides in Clearwater BC with his spouse Rachel and their two young children. Relative newcomers to Kamloops-Thompson-Cariboo, Chris and Rachel align with the family values, work ethic, and local resilience exhibited by their fellow residents. Raised on a BC poultry farm and in small-town Australia respectively, Chris and Rachel enjoyed two-decades living and working in large cosmopolitan cities before returning to their rural roots. As a farm boy, Chris began working at a young age. The son of an electrician, Chris took the opportunity to learn that trade and graduated from university with little-debt. Chris completed a Honours BA in History at Wilfrid Laurier University in 2010. Becoming disillusioned with academia halfway through his MA, Chris started a historical tour company with a friend before winding up in Melbourne Australia. There he built a career as a well-respected digital marketer and project manager. In 2021, amidst the Covid-related tyranny that then gripped Melbourne and much of Australia, Chris and Rachel began the long process of bringing their young family home to Canada. Chris currently operates a marketing and research consulting firm, and is a project manager in the electrical field.
