Biography

from their website

Tony has been proudly serving the residents of Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake
as their federal Member of Parliament for the Riding of Niagara Falls, since 2019.

Born and raised in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Tony and his wife, Carol, are the proud
parents of Daniel, a Brock University student, and they share their home with their two
Australian Labradoodles, Harper and Hannah.

Tony’s passion for politics and public service dates back to 1988, when he first worked
on Parliament Hill as the Legislative Assistant to his hometown Member of Parliament,
the Honourable Rob Nicholson.

Following some time working in Toronto for the provincial government and within the
government relations field, Tony returned home to Niagara Falls in 2001. For the next
18 years, he would be employed with The Niagara Parks Commission as their Senior
Manager of Communications and Stakeholder Relations.

Following the announcement of Mr. Nicholson’s retirement in 2019, Tony successfully
ran in the federal election campaign as the Conservative candidate.

On October 21, 2019, Tony was elected Member of Parliament for his hometown riding
of Niagara Falls. He was re-elected again on September 20, 2021. Tony is proud to
stand for election again in 2025 for the new riding of Niagara Falls—Niagara-on-the-
Lake as the common sense Conservative candidate who will put Canada First!
