I am a working mother who has lived most of my life on the North Shore. A former TV news journalist, I’m a communications consultant and long-time volunteer. More diverse housing for all ages and demographics is my priority, along with reducing congestion!
I bring extensive experience in communications, collaborative problem solving, advocacy and government relations.
My work includes contracts with governments, environmental organizations, First Nations, unions and recently the BC Human Rights Commission, where I helped build stakeholder engagement in the Inquiry into Hate during the pandemic.
I am a 15-year volunteer and advocate for vulnerable children and youth, serve on the board of the Disability Foundation, volunteered for the North Van homeless count, the Braemar PAC and donate strategic communications expertise to charities.
A soccer mom and pickleball player, I am passionate about the great outdoors and protecting our environment.
I will build a more inclusive community, where people of all ages can afford to live, raise their children and retire close to their families.
I feel blessed to live and raise my family here on the unceded territories of the Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh Nation, surrounded by nature, caring people and a strong sense of community.
