Leroy Laliberte is originally from the Northern Village of Beauval. He is the Community Wellness Manager for Flying Dust First Nation and the founder and director of Burn Youth/BURN Consulting.

Leroy has been involved in youth and community development for over 20 years and has worked with all levels of government to develop positive strategies effecting communities throughout Canada. He is a co-chair to the North West Friendship Centre and also sits on the advisory council to the College of Medicine/Indigenous Health at the University of Saskatchewan.

Leroy and his wife Diana have three children.
