Reason for running

submitted by the candidate or their team
Make Toronto the most Transparent and Prosperous Freedom oriented City in North America
  • .Make Toronto a world center of new ideas and solutions on social and economic issues

  • Enable conditions for the smartest and brightest talents to come to Toronto to enable social and economic growth of the city.

  • Enable favourable conditions to attract companies to establish offices and/or Headquarters in Toronto.

  • Enable venues to have open debates on all issues: Local, Regional, Provincial, Federal and International. Create conditions for people from around the world to come to such debates.

  • Publish all city public and private contracts for public viewing, including union contracts. Make city officials personally responsible for failure and successes when dealing with private citizens and businesses.

  • Make all union negotiations public via video streaming of the negotiations in real time for viewing by Torontonians or anybody else for that matter. No deals behind closed doors

  • Create an Emergency Solution center for the homeless and create a personal care program for each homeless Torontonian who lives on the streets or shelters. Most of the people on the streets need our love and care, throwing them a welfare check solves nothing. They are someone's brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, father, mothers, grandparents or friends. We have people with great hearts in Toronto and I am sure with personal care for each homeless person the problem can be solved and most people can re-enter society.

  • Create an environment where each individual currently residing in the community housing should be able to live normal life without dependency on the city. It's not about money, its about the individual.

  • Enable FULL support for Single Parents, giving them the ability to raise their children in dignity not worrying about how to feed their children or paying for car insurance or gas.

  • Invest in an advanced traffic control system to eliminate gridlock in the city.

  • Prioritize work for Police officers to proactively prevent violent crime and spending less time camping at stop signs or speed traps.

  • Establish and implement a process to greatly reduce building permit fees and turn around time.

  • Allow private companies such as Uber, Lyft and any new entrants in the market to contribute to solve transit issues in the city, specifically in Scarborough and Etobicoke.

  • Reduce property tax.

  • Encourage and allow multiple service energy companies to service Toronto power Grid.

  • Sell or move non essential city properties away from expensive downtown core or Yonge St. corridor land to affordable and soon-to-be developed parts of the city. Potentially moving City Hall to Scarborough North East

  • Establish ability to accept payments in crypto currency including Bitcoin, Etherium, Monero and others for city services and fines.

  • Create conditions for rapid development of Port of Toronto land and Ontario Place. Revitalize Exhibition Place.

  • Review ability to enable expansion of the city Island Airport

  • Enable conditions to have internet access in subway

  • Support private and non standard education programs for kids, each child is different.

  • Support kids sport and other interests clubs developments on city properties and venues.
