  • Create 10K more post-secondary healthcare spaces
  • Protect healthcare jobs and retain health care workers who already work in Alberta
  • Offer incentives for working in rural or remote communities
  • Double the number of residency spaces that international medical graduates are eligible for, and remove bi-annual language exams if graduates are working in English
