Biography
Jonathan Rowe is your Conservative candidate for the Riding of Terra Nova—The Peninsulas. He is dedicated to applying his problem-solving skills to address local issues and support long-term development plans for our area and economy.
After completing a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree, Jonathan worked in the mining and oil and gas industries, which led him to find employment as an engineer with the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
Jonathan and his family have been heavily involved with their local community for decades. The Rowe Family has been very active in church and community events. Additionally, Jonathan has had the opportunity to give back to the community through coaching volleyball and volunteering as the vice-president of the local Electoral District Association.
After speaking with thousands of people in the Riding and hearing their concerns about the lack of involvement by the outgoing Liberal MP, Jonathan is looking forward to being an active MP that people can count on. Jonathan intends to go to Ottawa to continue his fight for the people, with ambitions to lower the cost of living, support our natural resource economy, and preserve our environment and culture, all while standing up for our Canadian freedoms.
