Rob Atalick was born and raised in St. Catharines, and grew up in Port Dalhousie in a Real Estate family. As a 4th generation Niagara Entrepreneur, he began investing in Real Estate at the age of 19 and has run various small businesses since then.
Since 2005 he has been focused on teaching character development, leadership, fitness, and wellness to youth and families at his martial arts school, the Niagara Kung Fu Academy. His goal and passion through NKFA was and still is to empower individuals to better themselves and live a positive lifestyle. Since 2020 he began working in Real Estate Development to make his own contribution to solving the housing crisis. He had a pivotal role in reshaping St. Catharines’ downtown skyline with his family’s project at 57 Carlisle. This brought over 200 new residential units to the market in the downtown core. While his long-term goal is to continue developing a range of affordable, mid-market, and assistance-based residences to St. Catharines over the next decade, he hopes to also effect positive change in housing through improved policy at the provincial level. Through his fundraising efforts with his school, Niagara Kung Fu Academy, Rob has raised thousands of dollars in support of Toolbox Project Niagara, Project Share, and The Humane Society.
