A lifelong Mississauga resident and multi-hyphenate volunteer, Mary Kidnew has once again decided to step up to represent the people of Mississauga-Lakeshore and offer them a real alternative to the establishment parties and the myriad ways they’ve failed their constituents.

Mary is a passionate community advocate who wants to use her platform to fight for a peaceful, secure, affordable, and just future for all Canadians—balancing the needs of people while caring for the environment. In her own words: “I want to work and serve our beautiful community in a larger capacity where I know that I can affect real change. I want to be able to support all the groups, organizations, businesses and people while finding ways to steward the land by protecting the land, air, water, and wildlife.”

“At this moment, we are facing a threat to our freedom, democracy, economy, and our planet.  Our House of Commons needs MPs who bring fresh perspectives and can put the needs of their communities and country before the needs of their parties. I want to be that voice for a community and country that I love and call home.”

Her extensive volunteer credentials and engagement with the local community give her an intuitive understanding of the region’s needs, making her the ideal candidate to represent Mississauga-Lakeshore in Ottawa.
