I’m a Metis woman, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who has worked with communities and individuals in social justice, affordable homes, and health research.

I also serve on the Pan Patient Council for Canada as a patient partner.

I have worked in the same retirement home as the head janitor for 18 years, and I have been blessed by it and by the people who live and work there.

I live with my son, extended family and, of course, our beloved pets.

I enjoy gardening, music, dancing, yoga and health videos.
