Danny Chang is a Richmond parent, business director, and owner of an import and wholesale company. An SFU business graduate in Marketing and Management Information Systems, he brings operational discipline fiscal responsibility, and grassroots community experience to protecting school safety, strengthening academic standards, and supporting students and families.

Danny’s priorities are as follows:

• Establish a Richmond Business Community Advisory Committee, expand fundraising opportunities, and make school facilities easier for community organizations to rent.

• Expand co-op programs, internships, job shadowing, business field trips, and volunteer opportunities that provide practical work experience.

• Strengthen financial literacy, employable skills, and preparation for an AI-driven economy while improving collaboration with the City and provincial government.

• Advocate for adequate funding of public education
