Biography
Susan has been active for 10 years in the community standing to end the tent city, drug and crime policy of the Province, and helping seniors and those who fall thru the cracks and reporting on local issues. Susan is a familiar face to many via her 'My Town Maple Ridge' News Society reporting. She cared for both her ill brother and mother and learned first hand about the sorry state of our health care system. Susan holds a Master's Degree in Professional Communications and her Thesis on Multiculturalism was invited for presentation in Vienna. A confident public speaker, Susan has been the MC for many events including the well attended Charlie Kirk memorial a year ago. As a talk show host, Susan became skilled in the art of debate and inquiry.
Reason for running
After watching the downhill slide BC has been in for years, the giving away of private property rights and public lands and place names without consulting voters, and the overall state of both the NDP and Conservative parties, I decided it was now or never to make a difference.
