Biography

I have been practicing clinical psychology since 2008. During my graduate studies, I was mainly focused on technological tools and how they could be used to treat mental disorders. After obtaining my Doctorates in clinical psychology, I held several positions within the CISSSO and taught at l'Université du Québec en Outaouais at the bachelors and doctorate level. I oriented and specialized in the treatment of anxiety disorders.

Due to my interest in the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder, I worked closely with the Canadian Armed Forces on psychological treatment for members and Veterans.

Since 2015, I have been co-owner of a multidisciplinary clinic and worked on my online presence through various means such as my blog where I can share my passion for holistic psychology. Having a real passion for biology, nutrition and the impact of stress on the endocrine system, I developed a clinical research protocol targeted towards the connection between gut health and mental health. This protocol has taken off quicker than I could have ever expected and the results are impressive!

I am a professional who's heavily involved in my field in addition to being a mother, wife and a fulfilled woman! I am proud to join the Free Canada Party because my values and beliefs are at the centre of my life choices. I am a person who knows how to initiate change and I will be there to represent you!
