Jephte "Tiny" Olinga (born April 14th 1973 in Yaoundé, Cameroon) is a Canadian songwriter, actor, entrepreneur and politician. He holds a diploma in agricultural engineering, a master's degree in agro-ecology, a master's degree in international law, a diploma from the financial markets authority of Quebec (AMF), and has pursued a doctoral certificate in biology development.

As an actor throughout the 1990s and early 2000s, Tiny was featured in over 20 films, the most famous being "KING CAN DO EVERYTHING". Shot in both Saint Petersburg, Russia and Paris, France, Tiny starred alongside famous French actor Gerard Depardieu.

Tiny currently serves as CEO of Atlas Invest Canada (AIC), a company specializing in the development of structured finance products. Formerly known as Leaders Marketing, the company is best known for its work as a MasterCard subcontractor for the financial services arm of Canadian Tire Bank, and with World Animal Protection, a non-profit focussed on raising funds for the protection of animals around the world.

Tiny spent 7 years working with the Liberal Party of Canada before resigning to join the People's Party of Canada (PPC) a few months after its creation. It is in this political formation that he was invested as candidate in the constituency of Longueuil-Charles-Lemoyne for the general election of September 20, 2021.

Tiny Olinga is married and father of two children.
