I'm running because we are on the verge of our town seeing even more growth, and I fear we will turn into what Langley has become.
The reason I’m running in this election is because I moved from a town that is struggling from decisions that were made 20 years ago. Bad Developments being pushed through, not allowing our infrastructure to keep pace with the growth, and no thought for the future. Mission became my new hometown because I can see the potential for the city and for my family. We need to start focussing on pushing for good developments that works for and WITH the community. We need to invest in ourselves by focussing on Public Safety, our parks and leisure centre and our businesses. We can no longer keep status quo and council starts needing to think more outside the box. I will not have all the answers, but I will promise you, that I will go and do the research to come back with answers and solutions.
On October 15. I would appreciate you voting McLay for Mission.
