Erica Baerwald is a dynamic leader with a distinguished 20-year career in conflict resolution, policy research, and program implementation. As a manager at an international relief and development organization and a town councilor in Hepburn, she has effectively shaped policies and programs for staff, boards, and volunteers across the province.

Erica's passion for community engagement is exemplified in her work on behalf of her community and with the Prairie Rivers Reconciliation Circle. She currently sits on the Executive Board of the Wheatland Regional Library.

Erica and her husband have two sons. She is committed to building a brighter future for her family and everyone across Saskatchewan.
