“I may not be a career politician, but I bring real-life experience as a worker, husband, father, and member of the community, and I will listen, work hard, and represent you with honesty and respect.”

Yudhbir Singh Gill is a skilled trades apprentice, working father, and community member who came to Canada in 2012 with a strong commitment to building a better future through hard work, perseverance, and community involvement. He has worked as a long-haul and dump truck driver and is now a sprinkler fitter apprentice.

Through his work, Yudhbir has gained firsthand experience with the challenges facing working people, including workplace safety, job opportunities, the cost of living, and the importance of skilled trades in building strong communities. His career has taught him the value of responsibility, teamwork, discipline, and treating every person with respect.

Yudhbir is a husband and the father of twin four-year-old boys. His wife is a Registered Nurse, giving their family a personal understanding of the dedication of healthcare workers and the importance of accessible, reliable healthcare.

Yudhbir believes elected representatives should listen to residents and understand the everyday realities of the people they serve. He may not be a career politician, but he brings real-life experience as a worker, husband, father, and member of the community.

He is running with the BC Greens because he believes in a healthier, more affordable, and sustainable future where working families are not left behind. Yudhbir is committed to listening, engaging with the community, and representing people with honesty, respect, and integrity.
