Devlin Hinchey Green Devlin Hinchey lives in Winnipeg, Manitoba with his wife Jill Officer and their daughter Camryn. Devlin was born in Nova Scotia but has lived in Manitoba for over 20 years, 13 of those years in the Elmwood—Transcona riding. Devlin works as a Continuous Improvement Manager and volunteers on the board for his daughter’s daycare/before and after school program.
