Kelly Block Conservative Kelly Block has had the honour of serving as a Member of Parliament since 2008. She has been elected for four terms, including two terms under the riding boundaries of Carlton Trail–Eagle Creek. Kelly is currently Chair of the House of Commons Standing Committee on Public Accounts which scrutinizes government spending. Over the past ten years, she has served on several committees of Parliament and chaired the Saskatchewan Caucus. Her policy work includes the Special Committee on Violence Against Indigenous Women.
