Randy is a community leader and entrepreneur with a proven track record of delivering for Edmonton. A graduate of University of Alberta’s Campus Saint-Jean and of Oxford University, where he studied as a Rhodes Scholar, Randy spent fifteen years building his consulting company to help other small and medium businesses grow. After serving as Chair of the Centre for Family Literacy, Randy founded Literacy Without Borders, an NGO that helps people in developing countries learn to read.
