Scott Simms Liberal Scott was first elected as the Member of Parliament on June 28th, 2004 in the riding of Bonavista-Exploits. He has been re-elected five more times in what is now known as the Coast of Bays-Central-Notre Dame riding – the second name change, and first boundary change since he first took his seat in the House of Commons. Clifford Small Conservative Clifford grew up in Wild Cove, White Bay and graduated in Electrical Engineering Technology from CONA in 1992, with the Award of Excellence. He went on to work in engineering design, before returning to his family’s fishing enterprise in 1994. As Captain, he would expand the enterprise and pursue offshore crab, shrimp and seal. Read more
