- Government Benefits Statement (EI, OAS, Social Assistance, Disability Support, Child Tax Credit, Workers Compensation, etc.)
- Income Tax Assessment
- Insurance policy / certificate
- Letter from trustee / public guardian
- Letter of Confirmation of Residence from First Nations Band
- Letter of Confirmation of Residence or Document of Admission or Statement of Benefits from a long term care facility, seniors' residence, shelter or soup kitchen, or student residence
- Pay cheque or stub from a government or employer
