Schools & Public Education
Bullying & Bigotry
Build safe, inclusive and connected schools as every student deserves to feel safe and belong
- Ensure student voice, family perspectives and staff experience are meaningfully considered in Board decisions.
- Strengthen accountability around inclusion, belonging, safety and student well-being.
- Support initiatives that reduce barriers to participation and ensure students feel they belong.
- I’ll stand firmly against bullying, discrimination and bigotry and advocate for the supports, education and accountability needed to create truly inclusive schools.
Neurodivergent Students & Support
Support students and staff in increasingly complex classrooms
Advocate for adequate staffing and specialized supports where student needs are increasing.
Continue advocating to the province for sustainable funding that reflects the realities schools are facing.

Capital Funding
Advocate for the space our growing communities need
Advocacy for capital funding is incredibly important as part of the trustee role. The process for Funding approval at the provincial level is something that lacks transparency. I will continue to not only advocate for the needs of our communities but also for transparency in the process throughout the province.

Reason for running
submitted by the candidate or their team
I’m running because I believe in public education and want to help navigate the challenges we’re facing with growth in areas of our communities, increasing classroom complexity, rising costs and limited resources, while keeping students at the centre of every decision.
