Biography
Stéphan Plourde is a decorated leader, health services professional, veteran, father, mediocre goaltender and proud Canadian. He served in the Canadian Armed Forces and retired as a Colonel from the Royal Canadian Medical Service. A graduate of the Royal Military College and the University of Toronto, his unwavering commitment to public service has led to his continuing desire to serve and fight for the interests of the residents of Orléans.
Fluently bilingual and proud of his mixed heritage, Stéphan is the son of a French Canadian Métis serviceman and a Korean immigrant mother. As Ontario faces unprecedented economic uncertainty caused by the threat of President Trump's tariffs, only the Ontario PCs have a plan to stand up for Orlean’s workers, businesses and families.
