Biography

I am all about being responsible to the population of Moncton East before anything else. Moncton East deserves a high standard of living, I will work full time keeping that in mind, making sure it will happen for years to come.

I was born in Montreal to Italian immigrant parents who settled in Canada in the early 1960s. Growing up as the fourth of five children, I experienced a multicultural upbringing that deeply influenced my values and sense of community.

I pursued my university education in Montreal and later attended college in Ottawa. My early career included a brief stint in the Canadian Armed Forces Reserve and several years working in correctional services. These roles provided me with a strong foundation in public service and discipline.

In 2005, I joined the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). My service took me across Canada, from Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, to the Westmorland and Albert region of New Brunswick. For over a decade, I dedicated myself to protecting and serving the communities of Moncton, Dieppe, and Riverview, before retiring in 2022.

Following my retirement from the RCMP, I returned to academia, currently studying political science at the University of Moncton. I am a devoted father to his 14-year-old daughter, whose vibrant presence keeps me active and engaged. I maintain my physical fitness through powerlifting and brisk walking.

Since moving to New Brunswick in 2009, I developed a deep connection with the greater Moncton area, where my daughter was born. My experiences on the streets of Moncton, receiving gestures of kindness from the community, have reinforced my commitment to public service.

I am now seeking to serve the Moncton community in a new capacity as a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA). I aim to bring the same dedication, discipline, and empathy that characterized my RCMP career to my political role. I am committed to listening to you, my constituents, understanding your needs, and representing your interests with integrity and diligence.

My candidacy for MLA is driven by a profound respect for you, the residents of Moncton East and a desire to continue serving its citizens. I am asking for the opportunity to prove my commitment and effectiveness over one term, with the promise of seeking a second term only if you are satisfied with my performance.
