Reason for running

submitted by the candidate or their team
Jordan MacDougall is running for Saanich council and CRD because he wants to continue living here and hopes to share his love of Saanich with his future family; however, this is proving difficult to envision.

Young people feel they have little to no hope when imagining their future here. We are losing our doctors, nurses, business entrepreneurs and tradesmen. Jordan hopes to re-engage with those who have lost faith and do not participate in our democratic system. He hopes to gain there involvement by being someone who gives it his all to face these problems and others dear to our community,
