Aaron Croning is fighting for Union Station.
Aaron is currently a Political Science undergraduate student at the University of Winnipeg and is passionate about pursuing a career in politics, as well as being directly involved in the community. He is an active member of the University of Winnipeg Campus Conservatives, and spent time volunteering with various political campaigns, doing outreach with constituents and community members at the doors and phones. More recently, he’s helped work with the federal party during the Winnipeg South Centre by-election.
Aaron spent 7 years in the Royal Canadian Air Cadets, ending as a flight sergeant. With a passion for helping the community, he has worked various roles in serving the public, including a phone operator for Winnipeg 311, at the polls in the 2022 Winnipeg Municipal Election, and has spent the past summer working for Manitoba in Crown-Indigenous consultations through the STEP program with the government.
As a proud Anglo-Indian descent, Aaron holds a deep passion for Canadian history and heritage, which he believes is important for Manitoba’s diverse culture. Aaron’s love of Canadian heritage and his Christian faith is expressed through his membership in the Loyal Orange Association of Canada.
