Passionate about the environment, Chris considers himself to be an environmental realist with an understanding of the importance of protecting the natural beauty and integrity of our spectacular province. However, he realizes that compromises are necessary to building bridges between our natural resources and our communities.

With four generations of family having lived on the Sunshine Coast, the future wellbeing of the coast is paramount to Chris. With his diverse background in business, social justice and firefighting, he understands the complexities and challenges of balancing the needs for development whilst fostering and maintaining a strong, vibrant community.

As a longtime resident, Chris recognizes the need for significant upgrades to our transportation network and will tirelessly advocate for a more frequent ferry service and a realignment of highway 101 to better service all communities.

The goal will be to create better traffic flow and connectivity between the upper and lower coast with an emphasis placed on public safety. With extensive experience and an unwavering commitment, Chris will be a powerful voice in Victoria for both our private and public sectors.
