Chelsa Meadus is a longtime Maple Ridge resident, a business owner of an innovative financial company in the Blockchain space, a volunteer and passionate public servant. Chelsa has held many leadership positions in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. She is collaborative, hardworking and always professional.
Elected in 2018, Chelsa serves on the Human Resources Committee, Strategic Transportation Committee, Municipal Advisory Committee on Accessibility and Inclusiveness, Ridge Meadows Recycling Society, Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows Arts Council, The Youth Planning Table, and Metro Vancouver’s Indigenous Relations Committee. She is also active in nonprofits raising money for much needed service for Seniors and Youth.
Chelsa is passionate about public engagement, senior and youth issues, public safety, and community development. As a business owner, she recognizes the need for sustainable economic development. As a community worker, she understands the need for engagement. As a volunteer, she appreciates the need for community building.
