Andrew Mercier has spent his career fighting for, and delivering results for, working people. He’s a labour lawyer, former legal counsel for Teamsters Local No. 213 and the former Executive Director of the BC Building Trades Council where he championed the rights of the 45,000 highly-skilled construction workers who help build BC.

First elected as MLA for Langley in 2020, he has kept up the fight for workers in the Legislative Assembly. He serves as Minister of State for Sustainable Forestry Innovation.
