Biography
Sim Sandhu is a dedicated community advocate and candidate for Surrey North. Since immigrating to Canada in 2011, British Columbia has been his home. With experience as both a city worker and a realtor with YPA Realty, Sim has witnessed firsthand the challenges facing British Columbians today. He is passionate about addressing critical issues like climate change, the housing crisis, and the collapsing healthcare system.
Inspired by the leadership of Sonia Furstenau and her vision for a more sustainable, diverse, and democratic province, Sim is committed to fighting for a better future for all. He believes British Columbia must lead the way toward a net-zero economy and work together to protect the environment and build resilient communities. Raised in a middle-class family, Sim brings strong values of hard work, independence, and a deep connection to the province’s natural beauty to his campaign for a better British Columbia.
