First elected in 2017 and re-elected in 2020, MLA George Chow has always acted to ensure government works for the people and makes life affordable for them, whether in his riding or throughout the province. A former Vancouver City Councillor, George is a community builder who works hard with people in Fraserview to improve public transit, seniors services, childcare, and co-op housing.

As Minister of State for Trade, he promoted British Columbia aboard and spearheaded trade diversification to ensure we have a strong and sustainable economy. As Minister of Citizens’ Services, he is responsible for Service B.C. and connecting every rural, remote and Indigenous community in B.C. with high-speed internet by 2027.
