With broad community consultations, revisit mission, values, vision and priorities to focus Council’s decisions.

Tax Rebates, reduce red tape, hire additional city staff to ease the development application and building permit process to boost housing supply to bring affordability for the residents.

Improve, resolve and plan to reduce traffic congestion within the City of Surrey.

Increase accessibility of Council Members to public.

Create more policing for public safety & enhance education resources to fight youth gang violence. 

Initiate sustainable development and implement climate change framework to attract high paying businesses, which shall provide green sustainable jobs for Youth.

Provide affordable renewable resources to residents of Surrey, so they can save hard earned money on their energy bills.

Initiate further discussions with both Federal and Provincial Governments to enhance fair share of City of surrey residents allocation of tax revenue and grants.

Create new policies to provide affordable housing for the immigrant students. 

Provide solutions to our logistics industry by building truck stops and dedicate truck parking by immediately evaluating re-zoning process.
