Born in Vancouver, a UBC grad and a West Ender, Adriane taught at Langara and led campaigns collaborating with First Nations to protect areas like Clayoquot Sound. She’s been the voice for bold climate action and real housing affordability since first elected in 2011.

I want to compete my work on affordability (increasing non-profit and co-op housing city-wide and tying affordability to peoples’ income); the Vancouver Plan (to develop walkable/rollable complete communities; and reducing Vancouver’s GHGs to avoid climate catastrophe.
