TEAM aims to restore balance to Vancouver, making it safer and more affordable, while prioritizing core services. Our community-based planning approach balances housing, mobility, community amenities, business activity and affordability. TEAM will replace the current Broadway Plan and Vancouver Plan to avoid demovictions of affordable low rise rental housing and will consult neighbourhoods on how to grow and keep families in Vancouver - without massive concrete towers everywhere.
